Kim Wallace has been in the staffing industry for over 17 years and is responsible for Hire Dynamics’ Skilled Business Unit manufacturing facilities supply chain/e-commerce operations and office positions. Hire Dynamics operates out of eight offices with an additional 16 on-site locations. It puts over 3200 people to work every day and last year placed over 1200 Hire Dynamics associates in full-time positions with its clients. Hire Dynamics is the largest staffing provider in Gwinnett County and second largest in Atlanta for contact (call) centers which includes all staffing offices and relationships with key clients.

Hire Dynamics is active in the communities it serves. Its employees are involved in the local Chambers of Commerce in each area they serve Next Generation Manufacturing (NGM) SHRM (Society of Human Resources Management) CSCMP and Junior Achievement.  Hire Dynamics’ staffs and supports the Samaritan’s Purse project that comes to Atlanta every year to assist in packing gift-filled shoe boxes for children all over the world (Operation Christmas Child).

Growing up in Augusta Kim graduated from Georgia Southern University with a B.S. in Communication Arts.  Prior to joining Hire Dynamics Kim was Vice President of the Southeast Region for a national staffing company responsible for 27 offices and 6000 daily associates.  Kim has also served as a Regional Manager for a national provider in Atlanta overseeing sales and service support for a wide variety of clients.  Kim held management sales and client service positions at Georgia Pacific for 10 years in its paper and tissue division.

Currently Kim is a board member for the Gwinnett Economic Development Committee is heavily involved the Atlanta Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and is an active volunteer with Atlanta’s Junior Achievement group. Kim joined Vistage CE 3850 in March 2012.  Outside of work Kim enjoys outdoor sports like snow skiing boating and golf.
